How much space do you take up? Answer: We will take up around 50 feet, we should fit comfortably in front of every house. Question: How many people can fit inside the MobileGameCave Answer: The GameCave can fit 12-16 people, depending on age. Question: What is your refund and cancellation policy? Answer: You have until 7 days before the even to cancel, if it is less than 7 days we will have to charge you a 50 dollar reservation fee. If we show up at the given reserved time and no one is there, we will charge you for the full event. If we are unable to make it for any reason, we will reschedule the event and do it free of charge. There are no refunds for services rendered. Question: Is there an age limit? Answer: We try and accommodate all ages within the GameCave, however most of the time the youngest is around 6. Question: What Games Are Available? Answer: We have games that are available from almost every ERSB rated system. (We have no AO, or Adults Only Games) While we specialize in "Big Party" multiplayer games, we have a many games available for all ages, and we are always adding the latest games to our library. Before the party, we will contact you to discuss what kinds of games you want played during the party based on the ESRB system. Question: What about hot or cold climates? Bad weather? Answer: The Game Cave is made with different climates in mind, it is completely insulated with THREE AC units running if needed on the inside. Once they get in the cave, they wont even know what is going on outside! Question: Do parents have to supervise? Answer: No parents are required. At all times inside the Game Cave we have a CaveMan available to help with the games and make sure everyone is having a great time. Parents are always welcome if they want to come in and play...I mean experience the cave :) Question: Do you need to plug into the house or need an extension cable for power?
